REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

Items purchased on CradleToEngrave.com are custom engraved to personalize as per the customer’s request. Once an item is engraved it is no longer usable by anyone other than the customer it was customized for.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must have arrived in damaged unusable condition or have misspelled engraving at the fault of the engraver.
To request a refund, email order number and a brief description of the issue with the item purchased along with pictures if necessary to: sales@cradletoengrave.com
Please do not send your purchase back to Cradle To Engrave, email us with questions and concerns instead.
Refunds generally take 3-5 Business days to post back to your form of payment once issued. If after this amount of time your refund has not posted, please contact us at: sales@cradletoengrave.com
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or engraved incorrectly at the fault of the engraver. If your item arrives in one of these stated conditions, send us an email at: sales@cradletoengrave.com
